We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. We were impressed by the level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless. We also made use of the car hire service, which was convenient and hassle-free. The hotel amenities were also top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness centre and a relaxing lounge area where we enjoyed a welcome drink. our experience at this hotel was superb and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Aktau, I was impressed by the beautiful hotel and the comfortable room. The bed provided a restful sleep, and the lobby was a relaxing place to spend some time. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The front desk staff, especially Eugenia from Sales and Assem from the Reservation Department, were exceptional in their professionalism and helpfulness. I also appreciated the cleanliness and nice design of the hotel building. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although my room was comfortable, the air conditioning wasn't cool enough, so I had to open the window. However, this made the room too cold, which affected my sleep.

The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, room was clean and ready early, comfortable bed, great location in old town, provided amenities like bathrobe and slippers, large bottle of drinking water.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the complimentary champagne and chocolates offered by the hotel, which added a nice touch to the festivities. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city center, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a swimming pool or a larger gym, as I like to work out during my travels. the lack of variety in the breakfast options was a letdown.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the spacious rooms and comfortable beds that this hotel offered. the front desk receptionist was really nice and efficient. The key location of the hotel was also a plus point as it was located right in the middle of old town, making it easy to walk to see the Caspian sea, go shopping, or find places to eat.

The sound insulation of the rooms was not up to the mark as we could hear the cars on the street and even feel the bass from a nearby disco. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially as we had booked the hotel for a sleepover before an early morning flight.
